STITCHING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing the production processes of Garments Accessories Factory;
Meet the daily, weekly and monthly production target.
Forecasting the daily, weekly and monthly production quantity.
Provide Guideline to the subordinates.
Update the management the production status.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management..
Monitoring the finishing related processes in order to meet on-time shipments.
The finishing section’s manpower includes thread trimmers, garment checkers, measurement checking person, spotting person, stitching repair operator, garment folding, and packing.
Must be aware of his section's capacity for different products in different processes (ironing, visual checking, garment alteration, folding, and packing).
Responsible for doing quality work by his/her team.
Responsible for garment quality issues if found in internal quality audit and buyer's QA inspection.
Taking care of finishing cost per garment (for different apparel items).
Maintaining inventory for consumables in this finishing section and required accessories for packing and other activities.
Chase production department / washing department for sending garments.
Maintain floor discipline.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (Garments experience will be preferred).

Education: Minimum Bachelors.

Salary: Market Competitive

Location: Korangi Industrial Area Karachi.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
