Job Title: Cashier

Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi

Job Summary:

As a Cashier at Fresh Basket, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient checkout experiences for our valued customers. You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, handling cash, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Look After entire checkout counter premises

2. Punch Items accurately

3. Handle cash till, Machine credit/debit, and entries in google sheets.

4. Maintain a balanced till drawer and reconcile cash transactions at the end of each shift.

5. Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with bags, receipt paper, and other necessary supplies.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

2. Basic math skills for calculating totals, providing change, and reconciling cash transactions.

3. Excellent typing skills

4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or during busy periods.

5. Flexibility to work Morning and evenings, weekends, as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail/customer service role is preferred but not required.

3. Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) specialize CIS or Odoo systems.
